How to manage dashboard widgets on the Back-Office Dashboard?

The GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard provides a collection of customizable widgets that help you monitor guard activity, performance, incidents, and operational updates in real time. 

Dashboard widgets are modular blocks displayed on your Back-Office Dashboard that provide quick access to essential data and activity insights. You can personalize your view by choosing which widgets to show or hide based on your operational needs.
 

✅ Step-by-Step Guide to manage dashboard widgets on the Back-Office Dashboard:

Once logged in to your GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard. Navigate to the Dashboard section from the left-side main menu.

On the top-right corner of the dashboard, click on the Manage Widgets option.

A dropdown list will appear showing all available widgets, including: Stats Box, Active Guards, Latest Activity, Time Clock, Check-In, Check-Out, Latest Incidents, Standard Reports, Latest Site Tours, Latest Scanned Tags

Check or uncheck the boxes next to each widget to enable or disable them on your dashboard based on your needs. This helps you keep your dashboard organized, improves the overall layout, and allows you to focus on the information that matters most.
 

The Back-office dashboard offers a range of widgets designed to provide quick access to important information. Below is a list of available widgets and their functions:

• Stats Box : Displays the total number of post sites, guards, Back office team member, checked-Ins, Clocked-Ins associated with your account.

• Live Tracker : Shows real-time location tracking of your active guards on duty.

• Latest Activity : Logs recent actions performed by guards. Shows event type, timestamp, and user information. Includes activities like check-ins, reports, and alerts

• Time Clock :  Displays each guard’s clock-in, clock-out, and break times for accurate time management.

• Checked-Ins : Shows the most recent checked ins event includes guards name, site and time details 

• Checked-Outs : Displays when guards have checked out from the post sites.

• Latest Incidents : Show the latest incident that has occurred in the post site with its date , time and status of the incident.

• Standard Reports : Show the most recent hourly or any customized reports of the post site.

• Latest Site Tours : Displays recent site tours conducted by guards, including the start and end times, as well as the number of tags scanned during each tour.
   

• Latest Scanned Tags : Shows recently scanned NFC, QR and virtual tags during site tours.  It Includes checkpoints, post site, timestamp, guard name.
