When you update your language preference, the entire portal interface—including menus, buttons, labels, and navigation—will automatically adapt to the selected language.
This enhancement empowers guards and administrators to work in the language they’re most comfortable with. It improves clarity, reduces errors, simplifies training, enhances efficiency, and builds confidence in daily operations.
Note: Language selection applies only to your individual account, so each user can set their own preference. Reports, notes, or custom entries will remain in the language in which they were originally created.
✅Here’s a step-by-step guide to changing your Back Office dashboard language.
In the BackOffice Dashboard, click your company name in the top-right corner and select Settings. Under the User Profile tab, open the Select Language drop-down menu to view all available languages.
Choose your preferred option: English, French, Spanish, or Hindi.
Once Selected, please click on Save option.
Your portal interface will now appear in the language you selected.
