How to streamline your workflow with save filter option on the Back-Office Dashboard?

The Save Filter option in the GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard is designed to help you quickly access frequently used data views without having to reapply the same filters repeatedly. This feature significantly improves efficiency, especially for managers and supervisors who regularly generate reports or monitor specific criteria.

With this feature, you can set and save your preferred filter combinations, such as client, post site, and guard. Once saved, these filters can be accessed instantly with a single click from supported modules, eliminating repetitive setup and saving valuable time.

For example, when working with Time Card data, simply apply your desired filters and click the “Save Filter” option. The system will store your filter preferences so you don’t have to reconfigure them in the future.

Your saved filters will be conveniently available in a Saved Filter dropdown, allowing you to apply them effortlessly the next time you visit the page, making your workflow faster, easier, and more efficient.

You can  use the Save Filter option to extract the data for  several features of the Back Office Dashboard, such as:

• Site Tours

✅ Step-by-Step Guide to streamline your workflow with Save filter option. 

To save the filter, apply your desired filters and click the "Save Filter" option. 

Next, A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter a filter name and an optional description. Click "Add" to save the filter. 

Next click on the "Saved Filter" option located next to the filter section to view data based on the predefined criteria. 

To edit or delete a saved filter, click on the three dot menu next to the filter name on the same screen. 

⚠️ Important Note: Please note that the date and time range will not be saved as part of the filter. You will need to manually select the date and time each time you use a saved filter to generate the desired report.
