Incident reports provide crucial insights into on-site activities. By enabling the Incident Icon on the Map in the Back Office, you can receive real-time notifications whenever a guard submits an incident report, ensuring timely awareness and response.
To display the incident report icon on the map, follow these steps:
Click on your company name at the top right corner of the dashboard.
From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
Navigate to the Other Settings tab.
Enable the option "Display incident icon on the map for a specified time."
For the time it is enabled, the icon will be visible to back-office users on the live map.
Click Save to apply the changes.
That’s it! You’ll now be able to see incident report icons on the map in GuardsPro.
