How to check guard tracking history on Client Web Portal?

The GuardsPro Client Web Portal is also designed to let the security guard company seamlessly give their clients access to the tracking history of the guard on their property. This allows them to go back in the past to track the location and movements of guards on their post-sites to make better decisions.

✅Here's a step-by-step instruction to check guard tracking history on the Client Web Portal:

Once logged into the Client web portal. Navigate to GPS Tracker from the main menu, then select Tracking History from the dropdown menu.

You can filter the results from the filters in the top right corner. Press Enter to view the tracking details for a post site or a guard for the selected date. If you often use the same filter combinations, GuardsPro offers a helpful “Save Filter" option. This allows you to save your preferred filters and quickly reuse them, making your workflow more efficient.     

Click on the play button to view the path followed by the guard during the site tour on the map, and the flags specify the action the guard has performed at each checkpoint, such as patrolling, tag scanned, site tour started and ended, report submission, and more. You also have the option to view the map in terrain, road map, satellite, or a combination of all, that is a hybrid format. You can replay the entire history in this window.
