In GuardsPro, managing guard availability efficiently is crucial for smooth scheduling. Instead of manually approving every availability hour, admins can enable the auto approve feature to streamline the process.
This setting ensures that as guards set their availability, it is automatically approved, saving time and reducing scheduling delays. Admins can enforce this option either globally for all guards or individually for specific guards.

Guards are already added to your GuardsPro account.
You have Admin access to the Back Office Dashboard.
