How to add internal notes to a guard profile on the Back Office Dashboard?

The Notes feature under a guard’s profile in the GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard allows back office users to record important information related to an individual guard. These notes act as an internal log for operational, performance, and compliance-related details, remaining visible only to authorized back-office users rather than public or client-facing views. 

Storing all relevant details in one centralized location helps maintain a clear audit trail for decisions like disciplinary action, promotions, or reassignment. Additionally, tracking positive and negative trends supports fair, data-backed performance reviews while keeping supervisors and back-office staff fully aligned.

📌 Prerequisites 

Before creating notes for guards, ensure:

• You have Admin or authorized access to the Back Office Dashboard.
• The target guard is already registered and listed as an active guard in your system.

✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to add internal notes to a guard profile on the Back Office Dashboard:

👥 Step 1: Access Security Team

• From the main menu, click on Security Team → Security Guards.
• You will see a list of guards registered in the system.
• Click on the guard’s name to open their profile.

🛠️ Step 2: Access Notes Tab

• Navigate to the Notes tab.
• Click on New Note to start adding an entry.

📋 Step 3: Enter Details & Add Note

• Fill in all the required details.
• Add an attachment if necessary.
• Click Add once all details are entered. 

⚙️ Step 4: View, Edit, or Bulk Delete Notes

• Click on any created note to expand and view its full description.

• To update or delete a single note, click on the three dots next to the entry and select Edit or Remove as appropriate.

• If you want to delete multiple notes at once, select the notes and use the Action button to perform a bulk deletion.
