How to enable or disable Add-on modules on the Back-Office Dashboard?

GuardsPro offers a variety of add-on modules that allow you to expand your system based on your operational needs. These modules can be enabled or disabled directly from the Back-Office Dashboard, giving you full control over features and billing. Each module comes with its own pricing and status, giving you flexibility to customize the system according to your operational needs. 

✅This guide helps you to view, activate, and manage your subscription add-on modules from the back office dashboard: 

Log in to your GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard. Click on your company name in the top-right corner. Select Subscription from the dropdown menu. 

Next, from the submenu, click on the Modules tab. You will see a list of all available add-on modules for your account with three main columns: 

Module: Shows the module name along with a short description of what it does.

Price: Displays the cost of the module. Pricing may be:

• Per User / Per Month

• Fixed Monthly Rate (e.g., SMS package pricing)

Status indicates whether the module is:

• Active – Currently enabled and available for use

• Inactive – Not currently enabled

Available Add-On Modules & Features

Below are some of the commonly available modules:

• Visitor Manager : Manage visitors at your post sites.

• Invoicer : Creates estimates and invoices for your customers directly from the system. 

• Dispatcher : Manage and track dispatch calls efficiently. 

• SMS Engine: Enable SMS notifications (e.g., 1000 SMS per month packages available).
  You can click Change Quantity to increase or decrease your SMS package.

• Scheduler : Manage guards schedules, attendance and time- off requests. 

• Payroll : Process and manage guard payroll. 

• Vehicle Patrol : Manage and monitor vehicle patrol operations. 

• Parking Manager: Manage parking vehicles and parking related incidents. 

• Asset Management : Manage company assets and track inventory assignments.

To manage a module, click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the module name. Select the appropriate action (Enable or Disable). Confirm your selection when prompted. 

⚠️ Note: Any applicable charges for enabled modules will be reflected in your invoice.
 

Important Notes

• Charges for enabled modules are added to your subscription invoice.

• All modules except the SMS Engine are billed per active user registered in the system (including both guards and back-office users).

• The SMS Engine is billed at a fixed monthly rate, based on the selected SMS package.

• If you disable a module, future charges for that feature will stop according to your current billing cycle.

• Once a module is enabled, it will appear in the left-hand main menu of your Back-Office Dashboard, allowing you to access and use its features.
