GuardsPro makes sure the security guard company's clients are always up-to-date with guard performance on their property. Therefore, depending on what notifications you want, you can change the notification settings & choose to receive them instantly on the:
- Dashboard
- Via email or
- Via SMS
Here’s what you need to do to turn on or off Client Web Portal notifications:
Click on your Company name at the top right corner of the dashboard and select Account from the drop-down. On the Notification tab, you have the option to select the events for which you want to receive the notification either on the dashboard, via email or SMS.
Go ahead and customize the notification and then hit Save Settings.
To receive notifications via SMS make sure you have added your contact number to the system. To do so, navigate to the Profile tab and click Edit. After you've added a contact number, you'll receive a verification code. Enter the code here and verify it.
And it is done, you've customized the notifications to your Client Web Portal.
