Incident reports give you an insight into the happenings on the site- break-in, injury, fire alarm, theft, or disturbance. Guards can submit incident reports right from their GuardsPro Mobile App, which can be accessed on the Client Web Portal.
To check the incident reports, simply follow these steps:
Click on the Reports on the main menu. On the next page, under the Incident Reports section you will find various types of reports created to cover different incidents on-site. Click on a specific type of report you want to view or on View All to view all the reports.
Using filters you can refine the results for a particular type of report, post site, guards, report status, incident status, date range, and then hit Filter. You can now see a list of reports submitted for that incident by the guards. Next, click on a specific report whose detailed information you want to access right there.
Also, you can email this report or export this file.
- To email the report, click on the three dots right next to filters and click on Email Report, choose the attachment type, enter email ids of the recipients and hit Send.
- Or, if you wish to export this report, click on three dots next to Filters and select Export as PDF or Export as Excel or from the drop down and the report will be automatically saved to your system.
