The GuardsPro Client Web Portal allows your clients to access reports, view site activity, and stay updated with important information in real time. Inviting clients to the portal ensures they can monitor their sites directly without relying on manual updates.
By giving clients access, you promote transparency, improve communication, and enhance accountability. Clients can easily view reports, track activity, and stay informed about their post sites anytime, anywhere.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to invite clients to access the client web portal on the Back Office Dashboard:
🧭 Step 1: Navigate to Clients
Click on the Clients tab from the main menu.
Select Clients from the dropdown.
On the main clients page, choose the client you want to give access to.
👤 Step 2: Invite Clients to the Portal
Click on the Client Portal tab and then the Invite button.
On the next screen, enter the contact name and email address.
Select the features you want the client to have access to, then click Invite.
📝 Note: The first user to register will automatically be assigned as the Admin of the client account. Any clients added afterward will be added as Users and will have the same access as the Admin, but only for the post sites they are assigned to.
👥 Step 3: Invite Users to the Portal
To add users, click the Invite button again.
Enter the contact name and email address in the popup box.
From the dropdown menu, select the post sites you want the user to access.
Once done, click Save.
⚙️ Step 4: Edit Access Levels
Click the three‑dot menu next to the respective user and select Edit.
For Admins, feature access can be updated, and the changes will apply to all users.
For individual users, only their post site access can be managed by updating the Assign Post Sites section.
From the three-dot menu, you can also make a user an Admin by selecting Make Admin, allowing you to change or transfer admin access when needed.
Make the necessary changes and click Save.
🎯 That’s it! Inviting clients to the GuardsPro Client Web Portal is quick and ensures they have real‑time access to reports and site activity. With options to add admins, sub‑users, and edit access levels, you can provide transparency and strengthen client communication.
