Adding contacts for a client in the Back Office Dashboard ensures the right individuals stay connected to important updates, reports, and notifications. This feature helps admins keep client information organized and up to date.
Please note that these contacts are primarily for internal record‑keeping. Guards can access them through the mobile app only if the required permissions have been granted from the Back Office Dashboard.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to manage client contacts in the Back Office Dashboard:
🧭 Step 1: Navigate to Clients
Log in to your Back Office Dashboard.
Go to the Clients tab from the main menu.
From the expanded menu, click on the client for whom you want to add or view contacts.
📂 Step 2: Open Contacts Tab
Navigate to the Contacts tab in the submenu.
Click the Add Contact button located in the top‑right corner of the screen.
✏️ Step 3: Add a New Contact
Enter the required details, such as Name and Email, along with any additional information as needed.
Assign the contact to a Post Site, if needed.
Click Add to save the contact.
⚠️ Note: To allow guards to view the client’s contact details in the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App, enable the Allow Guard to View Contact option on the same pop‑up form.
🛠 Step 4: Edit or Delete a Contact
To manage an existing contact, click the three‑dot menu next to the contact’s information.
Select Edit to update the details, make the necessary changes, and then click Save to confirm.
Alternatively, select Delete to remove the contact. When prompted, click Confirm to complete the deletion.
🎯 That’s it! Managing client contacts in GuardsPro is quick and efficient. You can easily add, edit, or delete contacts to keep client information accurate and organized. With permissions enabled, guards can also access these details directly from the mobile app.
