✅ Step-by-Step guide to upload notes related to clients on the Back-Office Dashboard:
To get started, first of all, click on the Clients from the main menu and select the desired Client name for which you want to add notes.
Next, navigate to the "Notes" tab in the submenu and click the "New Note" button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
On the next pop-up screen, enter all the required details. If needed, you can also attach a file for additional clarity. Once finished, click Add. That’s it—you’ve successfully added a new note under the post site.
To edit or delete a note, click the three dots next to the note you’ve added and select the desired option—it’s that simple.
