The Dispatcher Overview provides a centralized view of all dispatch activities, allowing administrators and dispatchers to monitor active tickets, track assigned guards in real time, review recent dispatch updates, and analyze dispatch performance—all from a single dashboard.
This overview helps improve situational awareness, streamline dispatch operations, and ensure timely responses to incidents.
