GuardsPro Dispatcher is designed to streamline the communication flow between the dispatch center and the guards on-site and to make sure that it all gets done in real time to ensure quick response to any incident.
GuardsPro registers all dispatch calls in an orderly manner so that they can be accessed whenever needed.
First, click on the Dispatcher tab from the main menu on the dashboard to view the list of all the dispatch calls registered in the system. You can refine the list based on clients, post sites, and the status of the ticket for a particular date range using the filters. Now click on the entry to view details.
On the next page, you can see where the dispatch call came from on the map, the ticket details, details of the guard assigned to the call, and the live ticket status under ticket summary with the timeline of the actions taken, along with any notes or attachments added by the guard.
Further, when the issue has been resolved, you can close the ticket by selecting the option "Close Ticket" from the three dot menu next to the ticket.
