How to enable automatically assign and confirm open shifts setting on the Back-Office Dashboard?

The automatic assignment and confirmation feature allows guards to claim open shifts on a first-come, first-served basis without requiring manual approval. This streamlines scheduling and significantly reduces administrative effort.

✅Steps to Enable Automatic Assignment and Confirmation of Open Shifts through the Back-Office Dashboard:

Log in to your Back-Office Dashboard and click on your company name located in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

Next, go to Global Settings and choose Security Guard. On the following page, navigate to the Scheduler settings section. Locate the option “Automatically Assign and Confirm Open Shifts”, check the box to enable it, and click Save to apply the changes.

 

Once enabled, guards can view available open shifts in the mobile app and simply accept them. The shift is instantly assigned to the first guard who claims it and is automatically confirmed, with no manual approval required from an admin or manager, and that's it.
