The License Log on the Back Office Dashboard allows administrators to efficiently track and manage all security guard license details in one centralized location. It provides a comprehensive view of each guard’s license type, number, license image, and expiration date.
This feature is especially valuable for maintaining compliance, as it clearly highlights licenses that are nearing expiration or have already expired—enabling timely renewals and minimizing the risk of non-compliance.
✅Here's a step-by-step instruction to view the license log
Log in to your Back Office Dashboard, then navigate to the Reports tab. From the expanded menu, go to the Log Reports section and click on License Logs to access the relevant records.
Next, you'll see a list of guards along with their license photo, license type, license number, and expiry date. To quickly locate a specific log, use the available filter by clicking on the Filter option to narrow the results.
To save time and streamline your workflow, use the "Save Filter" option to store your frequently used filter settings. This allows you to instantly access filtered data without reapplying the same criteria each time.
