To view the time clock report, you click on the Reports tab from the main menu and click on the time clock report you want to view the report on the basis of:
1. Time Card Hours By Client
2. Time Card Hours By Post Site
3. Time Card Hours By Guard
1. To view Time Card Hours By Client - You can filter reports using the Report Filter to view specific data based on various criteria. Filter options include report type, hours by (Date, Department, Guard, post site, skill set), client, post site, skill set, department, guard, and a custom date range.)
✅Further, you can also use the Save Filter feature to store your predefined filter to streamline future access to commonly used views.
2. To view Time Card Hours By Post Site - You can filter reports using the Report Filter to view specific data based on various criteria. Filter options include report type, hours by (Date, Department, guard, skill set), client, post site, skill set, department, guard, and a custom date range).
3. Time Card Hours By Guard - Filter the reports using the Report Filter to view specific data based on various criteria. Filter options include report type, hours by(client, date, department, post site, skill set), client, post site, skill set, department, guard, and a custom date range).
To view the details, click on the specific entry. Here you can view all the details of the reports, Date, Shift Hours, Paid Break Hours, Unpaid Break Hours, Total Hours.
📤 Emailing or Exporting Time Clock Reports
For easy sharing and record-keeping, you can quickly email or export reports to clients or members of your security team.

Email Report:
Select the desired report(s), click the three dots next to the Filters option, then choose "Email Report."
Select the attachment format (PDF or Excel), enter the recipient’s email address(es), and click "Send." -
Export Report:
Click the three dots next to Filters, then select "Export as PDF" or "Export as Excel."
The report will be automatically downloaded to your system.
📝 Note: If you select more than 20 reports, the system will process your request and send you an email with a download link instead of downloading them instantly.
