Incident reports provide valuable insights into on-site activities and incidents. Guards can submit these reports in real time using the GuardsPro Mobile App, making them instantly accessible on the Back-Office Dashboard.
This feature enables back-office users to stay up to date by accessing incident reports as soon as they are submitted. With built-in tools, users can quickly review, comment on, edit, and approve multiple reports at once. Incident details can be easily shared with team members or clients via email, ensuring seamless communication.
It also helps maintain a well-structured digital record for compliance, audits, and future reference. The Saved Filter option further streamlines the process by eliminating the need to repeatedly apply the same search criteria.
With GuardsPro, managing incident reports is faster, more efficient, and exceptionally well-organized.
