GuardsPro gives you the convenience to manage your payroll pay periods, ensuring the correct pay period is selected for payroll calculations and properly aligned payroll cycles.
You can update payroll settings at any time to match your operational or accounting requirements. These changes are made directly from the Back-Office Dashboard and will apply to future payroll cycles.
✅Here's a step-by-step instruction to change the pay period for the payroll:
Log in to your GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard. Click on your company name in the top-right corner of the dashboard. From the drop-down menu, select Settings. In the Settings menu, click on Payroll Settings.
In Payroll Settings, you can change the pay period to Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly, and specify the date for When did your last pay period end. Next, Click Save Settings to apply the changes and that's it.
Important Notes
Changes to the pay period will apply only to future payroll cycles.
Payroll periods that have already been approved will remain unchanged.
Please review the selected pay period carefully before finalizing payroll.
