🔍 Filtering and Saving Reports Efficiently
Additionally, you can view a comprehensive list of all check-in and check-out entries submitted by guards. To quickly access specific details, use the available filters to narrow down the results by client, post site, guard, or a defined date range. This helps streamline your search and makes it easier to monitor individual guard activity with precision..
Further, to save time and streamline your workflow in the future, use the "Save Filter" option to store your frequently used filter settings. This enables you to instantly retrieve filtered data without having to reapply the same criteria each time.
To verify a guard’s location at the time of check-in or check-out, click on View Location to display the exact position on the map. This helps ensure that the guard has checked in or out from the designated post site, supporting accountability and location compliance.
📤 Emailing or Exporting Incident Reports
For seamless sharing and record-keeping, you can easily email or export these checked in/out reports to clients or members of your security team.

Email Report : Simply select the desired checked in/out report to email then click on the three dots next to the Filters option, select "Email Report", choose the attachment type, enter the recipients’ email addresses, and click "Send".

To export the report, click on the three dots next to Filters and select either "Export as PDF" or "Export as Excel" from the drop down and the report will be automatically downloaded to your system.
📝 Note: If you select more than 20 reports, the system will process the request and send you an email with a download link instead of downloading them instantly.
