The GuardsPro Guard Tour System is designed to improve on-site accountability and ensure consistent security coverage through its Site Tours Feature. This functionality allows you to create designated checkpoints across client post sites, which guards are required to scan during their scheduled patrols.
These checkpoints serve as verification points, helping supervisors ensure that guards are adhering to their assigned routes. The system generates detailed Site Tour Reports, allowing easy tracking of both completed and missed tours. This enhances transparency, improves guard accountability, and provides real-time visibility into patrol activity, enabling prompt action when issues arise.
By maintaining precise and reliable records of each site tour, GuardsPro supports higher service standards, helps meet compliance requirements, and fosters greater trust with clients.
