How to view watch mode log on Dashboard?

Watch mode is among one of the most practical features of GuardsPro guard tour system that enables the security guards to record any incidents on-site and share images/videos with the security manager in real-time. Watch mode log allows you to view each entry on the Back Office Dashboard. 

✅Here’s a step by step instruction on How to view watch mode log on Dashboard:

Click on the Reports tab and under the Log Reports section, click on the Watch Mode Log. You’ll be directed to a page with a list of all the watch mode logs shared by the guards.

Using the filters you can refine the list to check them for a particular client, post site or a guard for a defined time period. 

Also you can add the required information and save a filter by clicking on save filter button for quick access later on.

To watch the video shared by the guards, simply click on the Video Icon under the Video column and that’s it.

The best part about it is that you can also email this report directly to the client or members of your security team, or export this file.

• To email the report, click on the three dots right next to filters and click on Email Report, choose the attachment type, enter email ids of the recipients and hit Send.
• Or, If you wish to export this report, click on three dots next to Filters and select Export as PDF or Export as Excel or from the drop down and the report will be automatically saved to your system.
