How to check security guard attendance on the Back Office dashboard?

As you organize and schedule your security personnel, it’s crucial to ensure that each guard arrives at their assigned site on time. GuardsPro simplifies this process by providing a clear and reliable way to track guard attendance in real time. With its intuitive tools, you can easily see when guards clock in, the exact time they arrive, and whether they are reporting to their posts as scheduled. This helps you maintain accountability, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that every site remains properly staffed.

To check the guard attendance, click on the Scheduler tab from the dashboard and select Attendance from the drop-down. You can now view the attendance report for all the guards registered in the system along with the status.

You can also narrow down the report from the filters to view reports for a client, post site, guard, and select a time period. Click submit to view the report as per the mentioned criteria.

If you choose to reconcile the entries, you can do so manually. Simply click on the Match Schedule icon of the shift and confirm when prompted. 

Another way to "match schedule" is by selecting the entry(LATE) that needs to be adjusted and by clicking on the Action dropdown menu and choosing match schedule,the entry which is visible according to the threshold set on the Back-Office Dashboard is now changed to (On Time).

To further view the details, click on a specific entry. Here, you can also choose to edit or delete time log entries. Click on the three dots and select edit. Once the time entry is edited, hit Save.

Below the Time Log data, we can also find the Invoice Hours that is linked with the Payroll Hours of the guards.

Also, you have the option to email this report directly to the client or members of your security team, or export this file.

• Just click on three dots next to Filters and select Email Report from the drop down, choose the attachment type, enter email ids of the recipients and hit send.
• If you wish to export this report, click on three dots next to Filters and select Export as PDF or Export as Excel or from the drop down and the report will be automatically saved to your system.
