The Messenger feature in GuardsPro allows admins, back-office users, and guards to communicate directly in real time. A one-on-one chat provides a private conversation between two users, making it easy to exchange messages, share updates, and send attachments such as images, audio, and video.
You can create the conversation with or without selecting a post site, depending on whether the communication needs to be associated with a specific location.
π Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that:

- You can also attach multimedia files, such as images, audio, or video, as needed.
