The Dispatch Ticket feature in GuardsPro helps administrators and dispatchers to efficiently manage and monitor dispatch calls from a centralized dashboard. It provides complete visibility into ticket details, assigned guards, communication history, and ticket status, ensuring faster response times and better coordination between the dispatch center and guards in the field.
📌 Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure the following requirements are met:
You have permission to access the Dispatcher module.
The Dispatcher module is enabled for your company.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to view dispatch ticket details on the Back Office Dashboard:
🧭 Step 1: Open the Dispatch Tickets
From the main menu, click Dispatcher and select Dispatch Tickets to view the list of all dispatch calls registered in the system.
📑 Step 2: Access More Actions from the Dispatch List
To quickly locate a specific dispatch ticket, use the Search bar or the Filters option to narrow the list by Client, Post Site, Ticket Status, or Date Range.
From the three-dot menu next to a dispatch ticket on the Dispatch List page, you can quickly perform additional actions without opening the ticket.
Available options include:
View Details to open the selected dispatch ticket.
Generate Link to create a shareable link for the dispatch ticket.
Edit to modify the dispatch ticket details.
Close / Reopen dispatch ticket.
Delete to permanently remove the dispatch ticket from the system.
📋 Step 3: View the Dispatch Ticket Details
Click any dispatch ticket to open its details, or select View Details from the three-dot drown down menu.
The Dispatch Ticket Details page allows you to:
View the assigned guard's live location on the map while the dispatch ticket is active.
Below the map, you can review the dispatch ticket details, incident information, additional details, chat history, along with any notes and attachments associated with the dispatch ticket.
⚙️ Step 4: Manage the Dispatch Ticket
From the Dispatch Ticket Details page, you can use the Action button in the top-right corner to perform additional actions and manage the dispatch ticket.
You can:
View the AI Report Summary by clicking Summarize.
Generate a temporary report link by selecting its validity period, then copy the link to share it with others.
You can export the report as a PDF, print it, or email it.
Edit the dispatch ticket.
Close the ticket once the incident has been resolved, or reopen a closed ticket if required.
Delete the ticket.
