In GuardsPro, profile fields are custom fields that you create in the Back Office Dashboard to capture specific information that matters to your operations. These fields become part of user or entity profiles in the system and show up wherever that profile is viewed or edited. This helps admins and managers store and manage additional information efficiently as needed.
🌍 Benefits of Using Profile Fields
Track information that matters to your company (e.g., guard license numbers, weapon permits, site access codes, contract renewal dates).
Eliminate external spreadsheets or paper files — everything is accessible from one system, reducing errors and duplication.
Improved compliance and audits.
Faster decision‑making.
Better reporting and filtering.
Reduced miscommunication, standardized records, and improved data accuracy across departments.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to create custom profile fields on the Back Office Dashboard:

Click on Settings from the drop‑down menu under the company name at the top‑right corner to access the profile fields tab.
📂 Step 2: Select Profile Fields

✍️ Step 3: Enter Field Details
Enter the Field Name and select the appropriate field type—Client, Post Site, Guard, or Back Office User—to specify where the profile field will appear.

📌 Step 4: Apply Changes
Once added, the custom fields will appear in the relevant profiles, allowing you to capture and manage additional information as needed.
📎 Note: Custom fields are displayed under the More Information section of the respective Client, Post Site, Guard, or Back-Office User profile, based on the selected field type.
💾 Step 5: Manage Profiles Fields
To delete multiple profile fields at once, use the checkboxes to select the required fields, then click the Action button to delete them.
Use the Search option to quickly locate a specific profile field from the list.
⚙️ Step 6: Edit, Delete, or Deactivate the Fields
From the three‑dot menu next to the profile field, you can:
Edit – Update or modify the user profile details.
Delete – Permanently remove the profile field from the system.
Deactivate – Temporarily disable the profile field without deleting it.
