The GuardsPro Messenger enables seamless, real-time communication between guards, administrators, and back-office users. It allows back-office team members and guards to quickly share important post–site–related information through Messenger, ensuring everyone remains informed and aligned. A post site message is visible to all guards assigned to the respective post site.
Creating a post site message is especially useful when you need to share updates or instructions for a specific post site, communicate quickly with guards at a location, or send multimedia attachments for added context and clarity. Guards can also use post site messages to share important updates during their shift, including images, audio, or video files related to the post site.
✅Here's step-by-steps guide to create a post-site-based conversation from the Back-Office Dashboard:
To create a post site message, click on the Messenger tab on the main menu on the dashboard. Next, click on the Plus icon and select New Message.
On the next screen, scroll down to the Post Site section or use the search bar to find the post site by name. Select the post site for which you want to create the message.
Now, simply type your message in the chat window. You can also attach multimedia files for better clarity. The message will be visible to all guards assigned to the selected post site.
Manage the Conversation
Additionally, you can make the chat a one-way conversation, view chat details, or archive the conversation by clicking the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the screen and that's it.
