The DAR Report (Daily Activity Report) feature in the GuardsPro Admin App allows administrators and supervisors to monitor and review the daily activities performed by security guards at assigned post sites. DAR reports provide a detailed record of on-site operations, including patrol activities, incidents, observations, completed tasks, and other shift-related events.
The DAR Reports module helps security companies maintain transparency, improve accountability, and keep accurate documentation of guard activities across all sites.
Using the DAR Reports feature, you can:
View daily guard activity logs
Monitor incident and observation reports
Track completed patrols and checkpoint activities
Review shift start and end details
Access photos, notes, and attachments submitted by guards
Filter reports by date, guard, client, or post site
✅Step-by-step instructions on how to view a DAR Report on the GuardsPro Admin App:
Step 1: Access the Reports Section
Once you have logged in to the Admin App, tap the Reports icon located in the bottom navigation menu on the Home screen.
Step 2: Open DAR Report
Next, the screen will display several report categories, including General Reports, Incident Reports, Standard Reports, and Log Reports.
Tap DAR Reports to view detailed daily activity, such as check-in/out, clock-in/out, report submitted, task submitted, site tour started, etc., for guards across the assigned post sites.
Step 3: Review DAR Reports
The next screen displays a list of the most recent guard DAR records. You can scroll through the list to view additional entries and review each DAR entry in detailed for guards across your post sites.
Each report includes the following information: : report type, Client Name, Post site Name, Guard Name, date and time.
Further, to quickly locate a specific record, use the available tools:
Search Report – Enter a guard name, report ID, client, or post site in the search bar to find a specific report.
Filter – Tap the Filter button to narrow results by criteria such as date range, client, post site, or guard.
This feature lets management teams stay informed about field operations in real time and ensures professional reporting and compliance across all security sites.
