Post site analytics helps in giving actionable insight rather than just company-wide data. If a site is showing higher incident frequency or higher hours logged, you might allocate additional guard resources or change shift structure. The analytic view for each Post Site enables those decisions. With multiple Post Sites under your service, you can compare across sites: which sites are more active, which are underperforming, where tasks or check-ins are lagging. That helps you allocate resources or change strategy for weaker sites.
Here's a step-by-step instruction to view post site analytics on the Back office dashboard.
On the back office dashboard main menu, click on the analytics drop down menu and select Post site.
With the date range filter you can choose the period you want to view (e.g., Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last month, etc.).
Compare With option allows you to compare the report time frame with the current to the previous period or none.
With the help of the filter option you can view the analytics that are specific to a particular client and the post site associated with the client.
With the help of Save Filters you can quickly view analytics that were previously filtered and saved.
The 3 dot menu next to the filter option will allow us to export the analytics view in PDF format.
Based on the specific client and post site filtered the following widgets are viewed and they are :
Tours Completed : Indicates number of site tours completed by the guards.
Tasks Completed : Indicates number of tasks performed by the guards.
Reports Submitted : Indicates the number of reports that have been submitted by guards.
Idle Alert : Indicates the number of guards who have received alerts for being idle in the post-site.
No Shows : Indicates guards no shows for their shift.
Hours Worked : Indicates the number of hours worked by the guards.
There are other 4 main widgets too and they are :
Schedule Overview : The Schedule Overview section gives a detailed visual insight of the total scheduled hours along with other stats.
-
Incident Overview : The Incident Overview section gives a visual insight of the increase or decrease of the incidents occurring on the post-site for that particular period.
-
Standard Overview : Gives a visual insight of the increase or decrease of the number of standard reports created.
Site Tour Overview : Site Tour overview provides a visual insight into the number of site tours conducted in a particular time period.
By using these filters and comparison options, you can easily analyze post site performance over specific time periods and identify trends in guard activities and that’s it.
