The Back Office Dashboard maintains a virtual record of all visitors and vehicles entering and exiting client sites. These records are securely stored in the cloud, accessible to admins and managers, and can also be shared with clients for complete transparency.
While the Visits section generates a chronological record of every entry and exit, the Visitors list compiles detailed particulars of each visitor. This makes it easy to track profiles, notes, vehicles, and visit logs in one place.
📌 Prerequisites

The Visitor Manager module is enabled for your company.
You have permission to access the Visitor Manager module.
