How to turn on vehicle patrol route delay notification?

GuardsPro gives you the convenience of turning on notification for both the admin and the guards of the delay in vehicle patrol route.

Turning on notification for all the guards

Using the Global Guard Settings, you can turn on the notification for all the guards at once.

Click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.

On the Global Guard Settings, under the General tab select the send vehicle patrol route delay notification.  You can define a custom time after which the system notifies the guards and the admin about the delay in the vehicle patrol route.

Turning on notification for individual guards

You can also turn on the notification for individual guards.

To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification.

On the Settings tab, under the General section, select the Send vehicle patrol route delay notification.  You can define a custom time after which the system notifies the guards and the admin about the delay in the vehicle patrol route.
