✅Here's a step-by-step instruction to turn on vehicle patrol route delay notification-
Turning on notifications for all the guards-
First, click on your company name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select "Settings" from the drop-down.
On the Global Settings for Security Guards, under the Notification tab, select the "send vehicle patrol route delay notification". You can define a custom time after which the system notifies the guards and the admin about the delay in the vehicle patrol route.
Turning on notification for individual guards-
You can also turn on the notification for individual guards.
To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification. On the Setting tab, under the Notification section, select the "Send vehicle patrol route delay notification". You can define a custom time after which the system notifies the guards and admin about the delay in the vehicle patrol route.
