Hourly Reports in the GuardsPro Admin App provide a detailed record of guard activities and updates submitted throughout their shifts on an hourly basis. These reports help supervisors and administrators monitor site operations, track completed tasks, and maintain real-time visibility into security activities at each site.
This article explains how to access and view Hourly Reports in the GuardsPro Admin App, enabling you to review report details, monitor guard performance, and stay informed about hourly guard activities across your sites.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to view hourly reports on the Guardspro Admin App:
Step 1: Access the Reports Section
Once you have logged in to the Admin App, tap the Reports icon located in the bottom navigation menu on the Home screen.
Step 2: Access Standard Reports
Next, the screen will display several report categories, including General Reports, Incident Reports, Standard Reports, and Log Reports.
Scroll down to the Standard Reports section and select Hourly Report to view detailed information about the hourly reports submitted by guards during their shifts.
From the same screen, you can also access other standard custom report types. To view all report types submitted by guards, tap View All.
Step 3: Retrieve Hourly Reports
To quickly locate all submitted hourly reports, use the Filter option. Tap Filter to narrow the results based on criteria such as report type, date range, client, post site, or guard name.
The next screen displays a list of all hourly reports submitted by guards. Scroll through the list to view additional reports.
To view detailed information of any specific report, simply tap any report in the list. You can also use the Search option to quickly find a specific report by entering a guard name, client name, or post site in the search bar.
The selected report displays detailed information about the submitted hourly report.
To manage the report, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, you can choose to Approve or Delete the report as needed.
Step 4: Manage Incident reports
The Action option allows you to manage the hourly reports efficiently. To delete a single report, select the desired report and tap Delete. To delete multiple reports at once, tap Action, select the required reports (or use Select All), and then tap Delete.
Similarly from the same screen you can perform other actions such as Approve or Disapprove multiple reports at once as needed.
