The Vehicle Patrol Report in the GuardsPro Admin App gives administrators complete visibility into vehicle‑based patrol activities. It provides insights into completed, missed, and pending patrols, helping you monitor guard performance and ensure routes and checkpoints are covered.
A report is only generated when guards start their assigned vehicle patrol, ensuring the data reflects actual activity and compliance. Each report highlights the patrol route, guard name, post site, start and end times, along with total hits, actual hits, and pending hits.
👉 Note: You can review patrol reports and routes directly in the Admin App, while advanced actions like creating routes or managing reports are available through the Back Office Dashboard via web browser.
