Step 1: Access the Reports Section
Once you have logged in to the Admin App, tap the Reports icon located in the bottom navigation menu on the Home screen.
Step 2: Access Checklist Reports
Next, the screen will display several report categories, including General Reports, Incident Reports, Standard Reports, and Log Reports.
Tap Checklist Reports to view detailed checklist completed by the guards across the assigned post sites.
Step 3: Review the Checklist Reports
The next screen displays a list of the most recent checklist reports submitted by guards. You can scroll through the list to view additional entries and review the completed assigned checklist for guards across your post sites.
Each report includes the following information: : Status of the report (pending or approve), Post site, Client Name, Guard Name, Start Time, End Time.
Further, to quickly locate a specific report, use the available tools:
- Search Report – Enter a guard name, report ID, client, or post site in the search bar to find a specific checklist report submitted by the assigned guard.
- Filter – Tap the Filter button to narrow results by criteria such as date range, client, post site, or guard name.
The next screen displays a list of all Checklist Reports submitted by guards based on the filters applied.
Select the report you wish to review to view its detailed information. The report details include the checklist name, completed items, responses provided by the guard, guard information, submission date and time, as well as any attached notes or photos.
To manage the respective report, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, you can choose to Approve or Delete the report as needed.
Step 5: Manage Checklist Reports
The Action option allows you to manage checklist reports efficiently.
To delete a single report, select the desired report and tap Delete.
To delete multiple reports at once, tap Action, select the required reports (or use Select All), and then tap Delete.
You can also use the same screen to perform bulk actions such as Approve or Disapprove multiple reports at once.
