The Site Tour Report is a key feature in the GuardsPro Admin App that gives administrators complete visibility into guard patrol activities. It provides detailed insights into completed, missed, and pending site tours, helping you monitor performance and verify that checkpoints are being scanned as required.
A report will only be generated when guards start their assigned tour and scan the tags at checkpoints. This ensures that the data captured reflects actual patrol activity and compliance with site requirements.
The Site Tour Report displays information related to guard patrol activities, including:
Tour name
Guard name
Post site
Tour start and completion times
Checkpoints scanned during the tour
Missed checkpoints (if any)
Tour status
This information helps administrators verify patrol completion, identify missed checkpoints, and ensure guards are conducting tours according to site requirements.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to view the site tours reports on the GuardPro Admin App:
Step 1: Access Site Tours
Once you have logged in to the Admin App, tap the Reports icon located in the bottom navigation menu on the home screen.
Step 2: View Site Tour Report
Next, the screen will display several report categories, including General Reports, Incident Reports, Standard Reports, and Log Reports.
Tap Site Tour Report under General Reports to view detailed report of the site tour submitted by the guards across their assigned post sites.
The next screen displays a list of the most recently submitted site tours completed by guards.
You can scroll through the list to view additional entries and review detailed information for each tour.
To view detailed information of any specific report, simply tap any report in the list. You can also use the Search option to quickly find a specific report by entering a guard name, client name, or post site in the search bar.
Step 3: Review Site Tour Details
Each report includes detailed information such as the Tour Name, Post Site Name, Guard Name, Start Time, and End Time.
It also provides the tour description, tour duration, scheduled days and start time, the types of tags used during the tour (including QR Tags, NFC Tags, Virtual Tags, and BLE Beacons), the total number of assigned tags, and any tags that were missed during the tour.
You can also view Scanned Data, including checkpoint names, scan date/time, and notes added by guards.
Step 4: Apply Filters to Refine Reports
Further, to view specific site tour data, tap the Filter icon at the top‑right corner of the screen. The Site Tour Report Filter panel will appear, allowing you to customize your search.
Fill in the following fields:

Once all fields are filled, tap Apply to generate filtered results. This step ensures you can focus on specific guards, sites, or time periods for detailed analysis.
Step 5: Manage Site Tour Report
The Action option allows you to manage report records. To delete a single report, select the desired report and tap Delete. To remove multiple reports at once, tap Action, select the required reports (or use Select All), and then tap Delete.
This data helps administrators confirm that guards followed assigned routines, identify missed checkpoints, and ensure compliance with site safety standards.
