The Incident Reports section in the GuardsPro Admin App allows administrators and managers to view, filter, and manage all incident‑related activities documented by guards. This feature ensures that every event — from minor site issues to major incidents — is properly recorded, reviewed, and shared when needed.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to:
- View all incident reports.
- Apply filters to find specific reports.
- Perform actions like Approve, Disapprove reports, Open Incident, and close Incident.
- Access detailed incident information.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to view incident reports in the GuardPro admin app:
Step 1: Access the Reports Section
Once you have logged in to the Admin App, tap the Reports icon located in the bottom navigation menu on the Home screen.
Step 2: Open Incident Reports
Next, the screen will display several report categories, including General Reports, Incident Reports, Standard Reports, and Log Reports.
Tap Incident Report to scroll down to view the detailed information about any specific incident report type such as General Incident report, Break-In, Theft, Fire alarm etc or click view all , to access all the Incident report type submitted by the guards.
Step 3: Review the Incident Reports
The next screen displays a list of the most recent incident report submitted by the guards. You can scroll through the list to view all the additional entries.
To view detailed information, tap on any listed incident report.
Each incident report displays the complete incident report submitted by the guards including all relevant information such as: Incident Type, Report ID, Client Name, Post Site Name, Guard Name, Report Date and Time, etc., along with its current status, such as Pending or Approved and Incident status, Open or Closed.
After reviewing the report, the Admin or Manager can take further action directly from the app. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the individual report to access the available options.
From there, you can approve the report, reopen an incident that was closed by the guard, close an open incident, or delete the report as needed.
Note: Deleted reports cannot be recovered. Please ensure you no longer need the report before proceeding with deletion.
Further, to quickly locate a specific incident report, use the available tools:
- Search Report – Enter a guard name, client, or post site in the search bar to find a specific incident report.
- Filter – Tap the Filter button to narrow results by criteria such as date range, client, post site, or guard.
Step 4: Manage Incident reports
The Action option allows you to manage incident reports efficiently. To delete a single report, select the desired report and tap Delete. To delete multiple reports at once, tap Action, select the required reports (or use Select All), and then tap Delete.
Similarly from the same screen you can perform other actions such as Approve or Disapprove multiple reports, Open or Close multiple Incidents at once as needed.
That's It!
You can now easily review the incident reports submitted by the guards directly from the GuardsPro Admin App.
