The Reports section in the GuardsPro Admin Mobile App gives administrators and supervisors quick access to guard activity, incidents, operational reports, and system logs. It helps you monitor daily operations, review submitted reports, investigate security incidents, and maintain compliance across all of your sites.
The Reports section is organized into four categories:
General Reports: Track daily operations and guard activities, including Check-In/Check-Out, Site Tours, Tasks, DARs, Vehicle Patrols, and Checklists.
Incident Reports: Review security incidents, including General Incidents, detailed Incidents, Break-Ins, and any custom incident reports.
Standard Reports: Access predefined or custom operational reports to document routine security activities, including Hourly Reports, Daily Activity Reports, Maintenance Reports, and other site-specific reports.
Log Reports: View system-generated logs and activity records, including Passdown Logs, Watch Mode Logs, Tour Checkpoints, Panic Button Logs, Geofence Logs, Acknowledgment Logs, and more.
Each report category helps you monitor operations, review activities, investigate incidents, and maintain compliance across your security sites.

Step 1: Access the Reports Section
Once you have logged in to the Admin App, tap the Reports icon located in the bottom navigation menu on the home screen.
Step 2: Select a Report Category
The Reports screen displays the available report categories:
- General Reports (includes Check-In/Check-Out Reports, Site Tour Reports, Task Reports, Daily Activity Reports (DARs), Vehicle Patrol Reports, Checklist Reports)
- Incident Reports (View General Incident Reports, Incident Reports, Break-In Reports, and other custom incident report types.)
- Standard Reports (Access Hourly Reports, Maintenance Reports, and other standard or custom operational reports.)
- Log Reports (View system-generated logs, including Passdown Logs, Watch Mode Logs, Tour Checkpoint Logs, Panic Button Logs, Geofence Logs, Acknowledgment Logs, and more)
Tap the category you want to view.
Step 3: Filter the Reports
Next, Use the available filters to narrow down the report list of an specific report type based on your preferred criteria, including: Report Type, Client, Post Site, Guard, Date Range
After selecting the desired filters, tap Apply to display the matching reports.
Step 4: Review and Manage Reports
From the filtered results, tap a report to view its details.
To manage a report, tap the Actions button in the top-right corner. Depending on the report and your permissions, you can perform actions such as: Approve, Disapprove, Open, Close, Delete
That’s it! With just a few taps, you can quickly access and review reports submitted by guards directly from your GuardsPro Admin App.
