Once the invoice is created and is ready to be sent out to the client, please click on the the three dot menu to the right of the invoice thats has to be sent and select Send Invoice option.
Enter your client’s email address and click Send to deliver the invoice. You also have the option to modify the “From” email address used to send the invoice to the client.
By clicking More Options next to Via GuardsPro, you can copy the shareable invoice link or download the invoice in PDF format.
Once the sent invoice is opened by the client, the payment integration if enabled from the back-office dashboard allows them to complete the payment online.
Please note: The “Pay Securely Online” link becomes available only after the received invoice is downloaded in PDF format.
