The Invoicer Overview on your Back Office Dashboard acts as your all-in-one financial command center—giving you a real-time snapshot of invoices, payments, revenue, and client activity. Instead of jumping between different sections, everything you need to monitor your business performance is presented clearly in one place.
With visual charts, quick summary cards, and detailed tables, you can easily track cash flow, spot overdue payments, understand which services drive revenue, and stay on top of estimates and invoices. This helps you make faster decisions, improve collections, and keep your financials running smoothly.
✅Follow the steps below to access and understand this section :
Step 1: Navigate to the Invoicer Module
Log in to your Back Office Dashboard. From the left-hand sidebar menu, locate and click Invoicer. Select Overview from the dropdown.
This will open the Invoicer Overview dashboard.
Step 2 : Review Key Metrics
💡At the top of the page, you’ll see summary cards displaying key financial data, which help you to give a quick financial health check:
Total Invoices – Total value and count of invoices created
Total Outstanding – Amount still unpaid
Due in 7 Days – Upcoming payments due soon
Past Due – Overdue invoice amounts
Active Estimates – Estimates currently in progress
Revenue (MTD) – Revenue generated for the current month
📈 Analyze Payment Trends
The Payments graph shows invoice payment activity over time (daily view).
Use this chart to:
Track payment patterns
Identify peak payment days
Monitor dips or irregularities in collections
🧩 View Sales by Product/Service
The donut chart labeled Sales By Product/Service breaks down revenue by service type, such as:
Hourly Security Guard services
On-demand security
Emergency equipment
Dedicated patrol services
This helps you understand which services generate the most revenue.
Step 3: Review Client Activity
👥 Top Clients
A table highlighting your most valuable clients based on invoices and payments.
Clients with the highest invoice amounts
Number of payments made
Total paid vs invoiced amounts
⏰ Past Due InvoicesPast Due
A focused list of overdue invoices with key details (such as Client Name, Due Date, Number of days overdue, Amount due), helps you prioritize follow-ups and improve collections.
📄 Check Estimates and Invoices
Estimate Summary
Lists recent estimates
Shows client, amount, and approval status (Approved, Unsent, etc.)
Invoice Summary
Displays recent invoices
Includes status such as Paid, Sent, or Partial
Click View All in each section to see full details.
