GuardsPro provides an estimate log feature that helps security companies track and monitor all activities related to their estimates. The estimate logs maintain a complete history of actions such as estimate creation, updates, client views, sent status, approval status, conversions into invoices, deposit updates, and other related activities. This feature helps Admins and Managers maintain transparency, monitor client interactions, track billing progress, and keep accurate records for future reference.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to view estimate logs on the Back Office Dashboard.
Log in to the Back Office Dashboard. Click on Invoicer from the main menu and select Estimates from the dropdown menu. From the list of estimates, locate and click on the estimate for which you would like to view the logs.
On the next screen, you can review the estimate details and manage additional options related to the estimate, such as editing the estimate, downloading or sending the estimate to the client, marking the deposit as paid, marking the estimate as accepted, and accessing other estimate-related actions.
Scroll to the bottom of the estimate page to view the detailed estimate logs. The logs may include activities such as: Estimate created, Estimate updated, Estimate viewed by the client, Estimate sent, Estimate approved, Deposit marked as paid, Estimate converted into an invoice, Other estimate-related updates and actions

Additional Feature
Admins or Managers can also add comments related to the estimate from the same screen under the Comments section and save them for future reference. This helps teams maintain better communication and keep important billing notes organized within the estimate record.
