A virtual record of the visitors and vehicles that enter the client site is maintained on the BackOffice Dashboard. These records are securely stored in a cloud database and can be accessed by the admin or manager on the Back Office Dashboard and shared with the clients as well.
While the visits generate a record of every entry and exit of the visitor or vehicle chronologically, the visitors list compiles the particulars of the visitors.
To view the list, click on the Visitor Manager tab on the main menu and select the Visitors from the drop-down. On the next screen, you get a detailed list of all the visitors on the client sites. You can refine the list from the filters to view the details for a particular client, post site, or guard.
Now, simply click on the entry to view the visitor details.

On clicking a particular visitor, it takes you to the visitor - profile, notes, vehicles and visit logs.
On the profile page, you can add visitors name, email and contact details. You can also add a label to the visitor.
On the visitor notes section, you can add a new note and assign it to a particular guard.
On the visitor vehicles section, you can add the number of vehicles associated with that particular visitor by giving details of the vehicle.
On the visitor- visit logs section, you can find that particular visitors visit details, such as the time in, time out, vehicle and post-site.
You can also email or export the report to PDF or Excel. The clients can view the same details by logging in to the GuardsPro Client Portal if you’ve enabled client access to the section.
