How to view GPS tracking history on the Back-Office Dashboard?

GuardsPro ensures you’re always up to date with the real-time location and movement of guards at your post sites. You can easily view guard activity on the map, see exactly where they are on-site, and monitor how long they’ve been at specific locations. The GPS tracker provides valuable insights into guard movements while they are clocked in at client sites.

To access GPS tracking history, please ensure that GPS tracking is enabled for the guard in the Back Office Dashboard and that the guard has clocked in to their assigned shift.

✅ Step-by-Step Guide to view GPS tracking history on the Back-Office Dashboard. 

From the main menu, click on GPS Tracker and select Tracking History from the drop-down menu.

You can apply filters to view GPS tracking history for a specific client, post site, or guard within a selected date range.

If you often use the same filter combinations, GuardsPro offers a helpful “Save Filter” feature. This allows you to save your preferred filters and quickly reuse them, making your workflow more efficient. 

Click on the play button to view the path followed by the guard during the site tour on the map and the flags specify the action the guard has performed at each checkpoint such as patrolling, tag scanned, site tour started and ended, report submission and more. You also have the option to view the map in terrain, road map, satellite or a combination of all that is hybrid format. You can replay the entire history on this window.
