Sharing security guard check-in/out reports with clients on GuardsPro Client Web Portal wasn’t enough. We enable them to also view it from the Client App on the go for an enhanced experience.
Simply follow these simple steps to check security guard check-in/out reports:
Select the post site for which you want to view check in/out report on the app and confirm.
On the very next page you’ll find four options at the bottom of mobile app page that is Home, Reports, Messenger and More. Click on the Reports tab to view different types of reports.
On the top of the Reports page, you will find general reports in which Check-In/Out Report is right under it. Please tap on it to view the current day's check-in/out report.
To view a particular check-in/out report of the guards, tap on the filter icon on the top right corner of the app, select the Date and Guard.
Next, you’ll be able to view all the security guard check-in/out reports according to the filters selected.
