How to view the security team in the Mobile App?

The Security Team feature in the mobile app allows guards to view the contact details of fellow security guards and back-office users assigned to the respective post site. This promotes efficient and immediate communication among team members associated with the post site.

Guards can view the details of Security Team members only when the setting is enabled by their admin or manager from the back-office dashboard.

✅Here's a step by step instruction on how to view the security team in the Mobile app:

Once logged into the app, select the Post Site option next to the Home option. After checking into the post site, scroll down and select the Security Team icon.

You will see an available list of back office users and security guards. 

Click on the respective back office user or guard to view their contact details.

Note: By clicking on the available email, phone number, or message details, the page will redirect to your device’s default application, allowing you to directly send a message or make a call to the respective contact.
