The Contacts feature in the guard's mobile app displays the contact information of key personnel—such as the property manager, supervisor, or site manager—associated with the assigned post site. Guards can use this information to reach out in case of an emergency.
This section is visible only when enabled by an admin or manager from the back-office dashboard.
This feature ensures that guards have immediate access to important contact details when on duty, improving response times and communication efficiency. However, if the setting is disabled, the contact information will remain hidden from the guard's view, maintaining stricter access control based on the organization’s policy.
✅Here's a step by step instruction on how to view contacts via the Mobile App:
Log in to the GuardsPro mobile app. From the Post-site screen, after checking in the respective post site, tap on the Contacts icon.
On clicking Contacts, the clients contacts that are allowed to view by the guards will be displayed.
On clicking the particular contact name, the contact details can be viewed.
Note: By clicking on the available email, phone number, or message details, the page will redirect to your device’s default application, allowing you to directly send a message or make a call to the respective contact.
