The Parking Manager module on the GuardsPro Guard Web Portal enables guards to efficiently manage vehicle records for streamlined parking enforcement. Adding new vehicles helps maintain organized data, supports accurate reporting, and ensures faster response during patrols.
This feature allows guards to easily add and update vehicle details through the web portal, maintaining a centralized, real-time database accessible to authorized guards. This enhances team coordination and simplifies enforcement. During patrols, guards can instantly access vehicle information, allowing for quick and accurate decision-making on-site.
✅ Step-by-Step Guide to Adding New Vehicles for the Parking Manager via the Guard Web Portal.
To get started, log in to the GuardsPro Guard Web Portal. First, Check In to the assigned post by clicking the Check-In button located at the top of the screen next to the timer.
A list of all assigned post sites will appear. Simply click Check-In next to the corresponding site where you want to check in, then confirm your selection.
👉 Adding New Vehicle Details for the Parking Manager
From the main menu, navigate to Parking Manager. Select Vehicles from the drop-down.
On the next screen, you’ll see a list of previously added. Simply click on New Vehicle to begin adding a new vehicle in the portal.
Next to submit a new contact:

Fill in all the required details like (Make, Color, Model, Year, License Plate, Assign Parking Lot, QR Label etc)
- Upload the image of the Vehicle for visual identification, if needed.

Optionally, assign a label to the contact (e.g., Visitor, Tenant, etc.).

Once all necessary information is filled in, click Save to add the vehicle to the database.
That’s it! Adding Vehicle details in the Parking Manager is quick and easy with the Guard Web Portal.
👉 Update an Existing Vehicle Details.
Select the Vehicle you want to update. Tap the three-dot menu and choose "View Details".

Next, Make the necessary changes and Click on "Update" to save.
👉 Add Notes for Vehicles in Parking Manager
You can easily add important notes for vehicles within the Parking Manager on the Guard Web Portal.
To do this:

Select the Vehicle you want to update. Tap the three-dot menu and choose "View Details"

Navigate to the "Notes" option in the submenu.

Click on "Add Notes."

Fill in the required details, attach any relevant files if needed, and click "Add" to save the note.
This helps maintain clear and organized records for each vehicle and that's it.
👉 Add Incidents for Vehicles in Parking Manager
You can easily log incidents for vehicles within the Parking Manager on the Guard Web Portal. Here's how:
- Select the Vehicle you want to update. Tap the three-dot menu and choose "View Details"

Navigate to the “Incidents” option in the submenu.

Click on “Add Incidents.”

Select the "Incident Type", fill in the required details, attach any relevant files if necessary, and click “Save” to add the incident.
That’s it! You can now successfully submit incidents for specific vehicles directly through the Guard Portal.
