âś… Step-by-Step Guide: Setting Your Availability on the GuardsPro Guard Web Portal
Go to gp.guardspro.com
Enter your GuardsPro mobile app credentials and click Sign In to access the dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, click on “Availability”.
You’ll see a weekly view of all seven days—Monday through Sunday—with dropdowns and time fields for each.
Set Your Availability for each day:
-
Use the “Availability” dropdown to choose Yes or No
-
If yes, enter your Start Time and End Time using the time fields
For example, if you're available on Monday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, just set those times accordingly.
⚡ Pro Tip: You can quickly scroll through the days and set up a full week's availability in just a few clicks!

Once you've updated your schedule, be sure to click the “Save” button (typically located at the bottom of the screen).

Your availability will now be reflected in the system and will be visible to your supervisor when scheduling shifts.
⚠️ Important Notes
-
You can edit your availability anytime, so keep it updated for accurate scheduling.
-
This feature is only available for users with the Guard role.
-
Leaving a day as “No” means you're not available for any shift that day.
