With direct access to vehicle records and built-in incident reporting tools, it enhances operational transparency and streamlines the supervision of parking areas.
Guards can quickly report parking-related incidents, such as unauthorized vehicles, double-parked cars, blocked access points, or visible vehicle damage, directly from the portal, including photos and detailed descriptions.
All incident reports submitted through the portal are instantly available to managers or administrators via the GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard, enabling timely review and resolution.
✅ Step-by-Step Guide to Submitting an Incident Report for the Parking Manager via the Guard Web Portal.
To get started, log in to the Guard Web Portal. First, check in to the assigned post by clicking the Check-In button located at the top of the screen next to the timer.
A list of all assigned post sites will appear—simply click Check-In next to the corresponding site where you want to check in, then confirm your selection.
Next, navigate to the Parking Manager from the main menu, select Incidents from the dropdown, and click Add Incident to report a New Incident.
On the next screen, you’ll see a list of previously submitted incident reports under this category. To submit a new incident for Parking Manager:

Fill in all the required details to ensure the report is clear and comprehensive.

You may also attach images to support the incident details.

Once all necessary information is added, click Save.
That’s it—the incident will be recorded under the checked-in post site and made available for review to admins or managers via the Back office Dashboard.

Incident reports for the Parking Manager can also be submitted and printed using the GuardsPro Mobile App for added convenience while on patrol.
