How to Add a Report to the Watch List on the Back Office Dashboard?

GuardsPro has introduced the "Watch View" feature to improve report monitoring and foster better collaboration among team members. This feature allows users to follow specific reports and receive real-time notifications whenever changes, comments, or updates are made.

The Watch View enables users to stay informed by simply clicking the eye icon (👁️) displayed next to each report on the dashboard. Once clicked, users will be marked as watchers of that report. By hovering over the eye icon, they can also see the list of other users watching the report. This transparency helps teams stay aligned and ensures that all interested parties are aware of report activity.

To enable and use the Watch View feature, begin by logging into your GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard. From the main navigation menu on the left-hand side, go to the Reports section.



In the list of reports, locate the eye icon (👁️) next to the report you wish to monitor. Click the icon to start watching the report. Once you do, any activity, such as comments, edits, or updates, will trigger automatic notifications to all users watching that report.

Additionally, you can flag the report from the same screen or mark it for watch view.

If you want to know who else is monitoring a report, simply hover your mouse over the eye icon. A tooltip will display the names of all current watchers. If at any point you wish to stop watching a report, just click the icon again to unwatch it.

This feature not only streamlines communication but also enhances accountability and awareness across your security team. Please note that only users with appropriate access permissions can watch and receive notifications related to reports.
